We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be stored securely in our booking system (Mindbody) to manage your appointments and membership.

Cancellation policy

At ethOS Elemental Wellness Spa, we reserve time, space, and staff specifically for your appointment. To ensure fairness to both our guests and our team, we kindly require advance notice for any changes.

Notice Requirements:

  • Monday–Thursday appointments: Minimum 24 hours’ notice

  • Friday–Sunday appointments: Minimum 48 hours’ notice due to high demand

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • Appointments changed or canceled within the required notice window will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

  • Clients who do not show for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

Late Arrivals:

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid disrupting the next guest

  • The full service amount will still apply

Group & Couples Services:

  • Services requiring multiple providers or reserved spaces may require additional notice and are subject to the full service charge if canceled within the notice window

Membership Appointments:

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that session
